FAQs

When will materials arrive?

1

Material delivery timelines vary depending on the products selected for your project and current supplier lead times. Some materials may be stocked and readily available, while others may require special ordering.

Our team works closely with suppliers to coordinate material deliveries with your scheduled construction start date whenever possible. Any significant updates regarding material delivery will be communicated through your Client Portal.

What if weather delays construction?

2

Construction schedules can be affected by weather conditions, including rain, snow, high winds, and other events that may impact jobsite safety or the quality of workmanship.

If weather-related delays occur, our team will adjust the schedule as needed and keep you informed of any changes. While delays can occasionally affect timelines, we remain committed to completing your project as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.

Can I make changes after signing?

3

Yes. Additional work can be added to your project after the agreement has been signed.

Any requested additions or modifications will be documented through a formal Change Order outlining the revised scope of work, associated costs, and any potential schedule impacts. Work will not proceed on the requested changes until the Change Order has been approved.

Payment due dates are outlined in your agreement and will also be displayed within your Client Portal.

Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your contract. If you have any questions regarding upcoming payments, balances, or invoices, please contact our office for assistance.

5

will someone contact me before construction starts?

Yes. A member of our team, typically Julian or Servando, will contact you prior to the start of construction.

During this call, we will review project logistics, confirm access to the property, discuss parking and staging areas for equipment and trailers, and answer any final questions before work begins.

do I need to be present during construction?

6

No. In most cases, you do not need to be present during construction as long as our team has access to the project site.

However, we do recommend remaining available by phone in case questions arise during the construction process. We will continue to provide updates through your Client Portal as work progresses.

How does WARRANTY service work?

If you experience an issue that may be covered under our workmanship warranty, you can submit a warranty request directly through the Client Portal.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting photos. Our team will review the request and schedule an inspection if necessary.

If the issue is determined to be a covered workmanship defect, repairs will be completed at no cost to you. If the issue falls outside the scope of the workmanship warranty, we will provide recommendations and, if requested, a proposal for any necessary repair work.

Warranty & service information.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

Construction Solutions LLC stands behind the quality of our work and provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty beginning on the date of substantial project completion, unless otherwise specified in the construction agreement or required by applicable law.

This warranty covers defects resulting from improper installation, workmanship deficiencies, or construction errors directly attributable to work performed by Construction Solutions LLC or its contracted subcontractors.

Examples of covered workmanship issues may include:

  • Improperly installed materials or construction components.

  • Deficiencies resulting from installation or assembly errors.

  • Leaks or water intrusion caused by defective workmanship.

  • Improper fastening, connections, or installation methods.

  • Completed work that does not conform to the agreed project scope due to workmanship deficiencies.

If a covered workmanship defect is identified during the applicable warranty period, Construction Solutions LLC will evaluate the issue and perform the necessary corrective work at no additional cost to the customer.

Our commitment to quality extends beyond project completion. We stand behind our craftsmanship and take responsibility for addressing legitimate workmanship concerns.

This warranty does not limit or replace any additional warranties or protections required by applicable law.

What Is Not Covered

The standard workmanship warranty generally does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.

  • Damage resulting from actions performed by the property owner or third parties.

  • Vehicle impacts, equipment impacts, or accidental damage.

  • Storm damage, flooding, fire, or other natural events unrelated to defective workmanship.

  • Normal wear and tear, fading, weathering, or cosmetic aging of materials.

  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs performed by others.

  • Pre-existing structural, foundation, or property conditions outside the contracted scope of work that were not caused by our work.

  • Manufacturer defects covered under separate product warranties, except where Construction Solutions LLC has responsibility under the construction agreement or applicable law.

Warranty coverage will be evaluated based on the reported issue, the original contracted scope of work, and the applicable warranty provisions.

All exclusions are subject to applicable law and do not limit statutory warranty protections.

Manufacturer Material Warranty

Many materials and products installed during construction may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties.

Depending on the project, these warranties may apply to:

- Building materials and structural components.

- Roofing materials and systems.

- Exterior finishes and protective coatings.

- Doors, windows, and accessories.

- Other manufactured products or installed components.

Manufacturer warranties vary depending on the product, manufacturer, and specific warranty terms.

These warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are separate from Construction Solutions LLC's standard workmanship warranty.

If a material or product defect is identified, Construction Solutions LLC may assist customers in identifying applicable manufacturer warranty coverage and coordinating the claim process when appropriate.

If a warranty claim is approved by the manufacturer, responsibility for material replacement, removal, and reinstallation labor will be determined by the manufacturer's warranty terms, the construction agreement, and applicable law.

If replacement labor is not covered under an applicable warranty, Construction Solutions LLC can provide a separate repair or replacement proposal upon request.
