FAQs
When will materials arrive?
1
Material delivery timelines vary depending on the products selected for your project and current supplier lead times. Some materials may be stocked and readily available, while others may require special ordering.
Our team works closely with suppliers to coordinate material deliveries with your scheduled construction start date whenever possible. Any significant updates regarding material delivery will be communicated through your Client Portal.
What if weather delays construction?
2
Construction schedules can be affected by weather conditions, including rain, snow, high winds, and other events that may impact jobsite safety or the quality of workmanship.
If weather-related delays occur, our team will adjust the schedule as needed and keep you informed of any changes. While delays can occasionally affect timelines, we remain committed to completing your project as efficiently as possible without compromising quality.
Can I make changes after signing?
3
Yes. Additional work can be added to your project after the agreement has been signed.
Any requested additions or modifications will be documented through a formal Change Order outlining the revised scope of work, associated costs, and any potential schedule impacts. Work will not proceed on the requested changes until the Change Order has been approved.
Payment due dates are outlined in your agreement and will also be displayed within your Client Portal.
Payments are due according to the schedule specified in your contract. If you have any questions regarding upcoming payments, balances, or invoices, please contact our office for assistance.

will someone contact me before construction starts?
Yes. A member of our team, typically Julian or Servando, will contact you prior to the start of construction.
During this call, we will review project logistics, confirm access to the property, discuss parking and staging areas for equipment and trailers, and answer any final questions before work begins.
do I need to be present during construction?
6
No. In most cases, you do not need to be present during construction as long as our team has access to the project site.
However, we do recommend remaining available by phone in case questions arise during the construction process. We will continue to provide updates through your Client Portal as work progresses.

How does WARRANTY service work?
If you experience an issue that may be covered under our workmanship warranty, you can submit a warranty request directly through the Client Portal.
Please provide a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting photos. Our team will review the request and schedule an inspection if necessary.
If the issue is determined to be a covered workmanship defect, repairs will be completed at no cost to you. If the issue falls outside the scope of the workmanship warranty, we will provide recommendations and, if requested, a proposal for any necessary repair work.
